The former train station building of Flörsheim-Dalsheim will be finally revitalized, renovated and used as a 30-room boutique hotel with restaurant.

The historic station building marks the entrance to the town with its historical façade of natural stone masonry. Since the building no longer fulfills it original function, it stands unused and can no longer fulfill its identity-creating function. The transformation into a restaurant and hotel promises to breathe new life into the community, establishing a centrally located gathering spot for locals and visitors alike.

As part of this revitalization effort, the building will be expanded horizontally and receive an additional floor while carefully preserving the distinctive natural stone facade. This ensures that the old station building's unique cubature remains intact and sets it apart from the wooden-clad extensions.
